How many bids will I receive?

RoofMarketplace strives to get you up to three bids from vetted local contractors.

How can I access the bids?

All bids are available through your RoofMarketplace dashboard and can be sent directly to your legacy claims platform. All bids include material type, warranties, start date, roofer rating, and pricing.

How can my customers use the roofer?

Pro users can easily share select bids to customers through the platform and connect them with the respective roofer. Once connected, customers and roofers can connect to sign a work authorization and complete the work.

What information must be included in the estimate?

Based upon the aerial measurements for the property and the scope of work in the request, all bids must include the total labor and material costs to complete roof per local code requirements along with any taxes, fees and permit costs.

What happens if there is a change in the scope of work?

Any issues outside of the initial scope of work (such as decking issues) will be documented in a detailed change order for review by the insurance carrier and customer. Roofers will not submit change orders for items included in the scope of work or measurement details.
